Joa's By The Bay - Central Square

I had a difficult time finding a restaurant open for fireworks in Brewerton on July 3rd. I called 5 minutes before closing and was surprised to find that they were still open and willing to make my food. I hadn't expected much since my previous experiences with the restaurant under different management were not impressive. However, this time I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza had a unique pre-made shell crust, but it was fresh, delicious, well-made, and visually appealing. The restaurant was also very clean and well-lit, a big improvement from my last visit. I always appreciate good service, so I left a generous tip. The cheesecake was excellent, and the macaroni salad was decent. Thank you for a lovely dining experience. I have changed my rating to 5 stars, well-deserved. Also, thank you for the information about the unique crust. My father owned a restaurant in Happy Valley when I was in high school, so I appreciate delicious dishes. Your restaurant is better, cheers!

The food is consistently delicious and the staff is always friendly and prompt.

I recently ordered from this restaurant for the first time and I regret waiting so long! We tried a variety of dishes, from a fish dinner to a calzone to a burger, and everything we ordered was perfect. The garlic flatbread was surprisingly large for the price, and the boneless wings were juicy and perfectly seasoned. The only downside was the steak rolls, but we reheated them later and they were still delicious.

We order every Sunday tried another pizza it was brilliant as usual! I ordered a sub so fresh and good! highly recommended! service is great!
