I tried the spring rolls, stir-fried beef, chicken pho, charcoal grilled chicken, and banana with sticky rice. All of them were excellent! Although it may seem a bit pricy, the portions are quite generous. I will definitely be returning.

The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I dined with some non-vegetarians and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

Today, the only way to experience a country without traveling is through its cuisine. @redsparrowsg, located in Dempsey Hill, serves authentic Vietnamese food. The restaurant is spacious with a Vietnam vibe (check out the photos) and the staff is helpful and friendly. Inform them of your dietary preferences and they will make recommendations accordingly. Several menu options can be made vegan (just ask to leave out alliums). They even have a tomato soup hotpot option! Our group tried a variety of dishes and had a great time. It's a fantastic place to hang out with friends! The pho chay (vegan) was hot and comforting, with delicious tofu and broth. The dau hu chien sa (deep fried tofu, vegan) was a favorite among tofu lovers, with crispy tofu complemented by chili and lemongrass. Another dish with fried tofu was also a hit – I couldn't get enough of those tasty tofu cubes!
