I was very impressed by the excellent variety at this restaurant! I was greeted by a friendly man who runs the stall. The prices are reasonable: I ordered a curry puff for $1.50, which was a bit larger than the usual Old Chang Kee curry puff! It had a buttery, lightly flaked, thick baked layer, and a generous amount of lightly seasoned potato curry filling. I was very satisfied with my meal. This might be one of the... View all feedback.
What John Doe doesn't like about Nice Goreng Pisang Snack Stall:
This stall sells the regular fried snacks like goreng pisang, you tiao, fried spring roll, curry puff, etc. Also sells traditional vegetarian chinese kuehs like carrot cake, yam cake, soon kueh, etc. Tried the curry puff $1.40) and it was served hot, wasn't too oily but the potato curry fillings were so so. Soo impressed by the great selection! was greeted by the friendly man who tends the stable. Prices are appropriate : I ordered a Curry Puff $1.50, a little bigger than the typical old Chang Kee Curry Puff! buttery, light flaky, thick pastry layer, and generous amount of slightly seasoned potato curry filling. so satisfied. Perhaps one of the best puffs I had
Great to find environmentally friendly food store. The yam cake, carrot cake and cueh I bought as a ride are delicious. Pricing reasonable.
Breakfast on another stable. At some point, I miss places as I focus more on restaurants than shops. Nice guy who really liked us. So the weeds got a banana frit on sgd 1, which unobtrusively enjoyed them. A jojntbgrasp of languages made it hard not to decrypt vegan.

I stumbled upon this restaurant during breakfast at a nearby market stall. Usually I overlook places like this as I tend to focus more on restaurants than shops. A friendly server enjoyed chatting with us and kindly offered us a banana fritter for just SGD 1. The fritter was delicious and we savored it discreetly. The diverse menu made it challenging to decipher the vegan options, but we managed to find some tasty dishes.
