I had the opportunity to taste two items from the plant-based signature dishes menu and thoroughly enjoyed both. The flavors and textures were excellent. I tried the salt and pepper squid made with coconut meat and my favorite, the Szechuan red pepper chicken with dried chilis and cashews. Even those who are not vegan appreciated them greatly. What vc1461 doesn't like about Mott 32 Sà èr Gōng Guǎn:
The food at this restaurant was a disappointment. The crispy dishes lacked moisture and were not edible. The sweet and sour pork was mushy, while the rice and chow fun were mediocre but filling. The portions were large and the decor was beautiful, but the food only deserved a 2-star rating. The bill ended up being over $100 for two people. View all feedback.
Overall, the restaurant experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The crispy dish was lacking moisture and was difficult to eat. The sweet and acidic pork was mushy, and the rice and chow fun were mediocre. However, the portions were large and the decor was beautiful. Unfortunately, the meal was only worth a 2-star rating and ended up costing over $100 for two people.
There wasn't much on the menu besides alcohol, but I did try a concoction that wasn't too bad. It had some good spicy flavors and was a bit dry. (Review updated on December 23, 2023)

I tried two items from the plant-based signature dishes menu and loved both. They were delicious in terms of taste and texture. The salt and pepper juice with coconut meat was refreshing, and my favorite was the Szechuan red pepper chicken with dried chilies and cashews. Even non-vegans enjoy them greatly.
