What John Doe doesn't like about Hard Rock Cafe Sentosa:
No vegan options on the menu, only the dishes can change strongly, such as the Fajitas without acid cream or cheese. All Veggie burgers have egg in the patties, flower wings have egg in them, onion rings have egg in them. They were deceived on the happy cow : View all feedback.

Be sure to make a reservation or join the virtual queue early, especially on weekends when it can get busy. I deducted one star because our order was initially incorrect, but the server quickly fixed the mistake. I believe they should be more careful when taking orders or possibly implement an online ordering system since you have to download the menu online anyway.
The lunch ambiance at this restaurant was fantastic - bustling and lively without being too noisy. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. They serve Guinness and have a current 1-for-1 deal (when I visited for lunch). The baby back ribs were amazing - 800g of delicious, tender meat that fell right off the bone, perfectly roasted and paired with a BBQ sauce that wasn't overly sweet. Kudos to the Hard Rock Cafe Sentosa team. This is always my go-to place when I'm on the island.
This American restaurant offers generously sized portions that are perfect for sharing. Be careful not to overorder as the dishes are quite large. The brownie may look small in the picture, but it is actually very big and comes in a huge cup. The nachos are a must-try as well. Despite the waitress warning us about ordering too much food, we left with empty plates out of spite as we managed to finish everything.
Dependable American food with great fries. It is a reasonably kid-friendly place but we were surprised that a small milk shake costs more than a Rum and Coke! Aside from that, pricing is very fair for what you get.
Had a wonderful dining experience here with my family. Staff are well-trained in providing assistance and care for customers, hence the lovely dining-experience after a tiring day of walking around Universal Studio and SEA Aquarium. By the way, don’t forget to try their slab of ribs! It’s awesome!
