I love the diverse selection of vegan and vegetarian options at this restaurant! The tempeh is particularly delicious and well-seasoned. The sides are also very tasty. Despite being a salad spot, the portions are generous and satisfying. The smoothies are excellent, especially the midori and vegan date options which are naturally sweetened with no added sugar. The restaurant offers a variety of vegan soups along with tofu, tempeh, and other options that can be paired with sides like curried cauliflower and roasted eggplant or zucchinis. Additionally, they have delicious vegan smoothies available.
The new location of this restaurant offers fresh, tasty, healthy, and personalized options catering to any nutritional preference, including vegan and allium-free choices. Customers can choose from a variety of mostly vegan ingredients to create their own unique bowl. Some standout ingredients include baked tempeh, baked hiumi cheese, caramelized bevelling, and smoked flower cabbage. The vegan tempeh is particularly delicious, well-marinated and perfectly moist with just the right texture. Even as someone who isn't typically a fan of tempeh, I found myself wanting more. The croissants and bagels are perfectly toasted and not greasy. They have also introduced a soup option for those looking for something warm and light, such as the tomato soup. Their smoothies are creative and delicious, with options like vegan date, berry date, midori shake, only green, and grapefruit mint. My personal favorite is the vegan date smoothie, which is incredibly creamy and flavorful. The cafe provides a great space to relax and enjoy healthy food and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Overall, it's a great spot to unwind and indulge in some tasty, nutritious dishes.

The salads are all very flavorful and satisfying, despite this being a salad-focused establishment. The portions are generous and filling. The smoothies are also excellent, especially the midori and vegan date varieties, which are sweetened naturally without added sugar.
