Lucky Cow brought me to a random pass by this area. So glad I tried the good food here. Had the vegetables rice pan for $7.90 The rice bowl dishes felt and tasted like cup with the cool potato and cola. Very good meal. Also added a black sesame pancake and very pleasantly surprised for the large part only $1.90. View all feedback.
It thrills me to see traditional dishes with a modern spin. ahlocknco is known for its Hakka bowl and delicious vegan pancakes Min Jiang Kueh. They currently have their latest vegan bowl The Impossible Hakka Bowl $11.80) Ingredients list Japanese rice soybean soup Impossible meatballs Diced tofu Mani Cai Long beans Seaweed Sesame seeds This impossible hakka bowl uses Japanese short grain rice and the Taupok are filled with homemade impossibility meatballs impossible taupok Yong Tau Hu. I enjoyed this healthy and delicious vegan bowl. The dice Tofu and Veg look deceptively simple, but are just delicious! They use long beans and money vegetables, aka sweet leaf, or mani cai in Chinese or Sayur Manis in Malay. It is a leaf green that tastes like spinach with a hint of asparagus. Mani cai is one of my fav veg; a bundle of dark green leaves, where the stems are almost not present. For extra punch you can add their homemade chili sauce similar to Thai chili with appetitious notes of sweet and sour. Also, their veggie bowls with similar contents are added without the impossible meatballs, Koleslaw containing milk, so replace with other vegetables if you want a vegan version. Top up a dollar only for thunder tea soup, min jiang kueh, matcha pudding homemade potato salad or coleslaw. The vegetables are cooked with allium by default. If you make a special request, you can cook the veg on the spot separately without alliums during the off peak. This is excellent service! Next, her signature Vegan Pancake Min Jiang Kueh) is one of the best I cost. We tried their Charcoal coconut, green tea red bean and original peanut. Her peanut sauce is super rich and meets a perfect balance of saltiness and a touch of sweetness. The texture has a satisfactory bite and chewiness. We also tried their Matcha Pudding Eggfree, but contains milk), which is smooth in texture and not too sweet. There is also free flow of unsweetened ice green tea for us to enjoy. Overall an excellent vegan option with healthy nets, vegan snacks and free flow tea, all in one.
Based on the enthusiastic reviews of others, I decided to go to AH Lock Co for lunch and order the much praised Hakka Impossible Rice Bowl. Maybe. I caught the wrong cook or the wrong day, but I'm not almost as positive as the others. First, the staff looks overtaken. Dirty dishes and cartons (new deliveries) are stacked in the customer area. There was water on the ground and the tables were clearly not cleaned for a while. A person slept in a corner seat. After receiving my order, a member of the sleepy person joined. It should have been a hint that AH Lock Co is not too good. The Hakka Impossible Rice Bowl is much smaller than the photo suggests (the impossible beat balls are ping pong size, not tennis ball size as I expected from the photo. The balls were dry and one had a crust of another dish that stick to it. The sea weeds, rice and vegetables tasted like cheap quality ingredients. Co, but others do much better for less money in Singapore. For example, a few stands away is a small Korean Bibimpa stand that has 2 vegan options. They are cheaper, tastier and healthier than what AH Lock Co offers. If you think I visited the wrong day and got the wrong staff and you want to give AH Lock try how to find them. You are located in Tanjong Pagar Station on the food dish 2 levels down. They are something in a corner but still easy to find (the photos from the other reviewers make it easy to recognize.

Posting this foodman from @ahlocknco now makes me drown.... I will begin by saying I will go so again for these bowls!!! They taste so gooood and I wasted the impossibility of Hakka Bowl in no time. It's delicious. Love the generous amount of herbal ingredients such as long beans and tofu. The impossible Tau-Pau are so goooooooood. Was always a lover of her vegan pancakes and am so happy that they started two vegan bowls!!!! So exciting!!! Note that the vegetables are cooked with allium. You can put on pancakes, thunder tea soup at extra just $1. Below are the vegan options: Impossible Hakka bowl (cost $11.80, contain Japanese rice, soybean soup, Impossible meat ball, Diced tofu, Mani Cai, Long beans, Seaweed Sesam seeds) in the above tested haha #messyreviewer Veggie bowl super in love with the brook and veges in this! Your rice is so fragile and chewing toooo! If you can take impossible, persoanlly Impossible Hakka Bowl would recommend more pancakes (red bean, peanut, coconut) I love the peanut pancakes most! Vegan pancakes are hard to find and happy to offer them! If you immerse yourself and feel thirsty, do not worry because they offer free drinks (yes)! They are open from Monday to Fri from 10 am to 8 pm, weekend from 10:30 pm to 630 pm.
