Then, they couldn’t open the till and had to go next door to the pilot to get a card to unlock it. This made ordering from the menu a frustrating experience.

Always the worst experience. Even with three employees on shift, it still takes about 20 minutes to serve each customer at this location inside a truck stop. They clearly don’t value truck drivers’ time.
