Nice area. Quick service, friendly people. #12 popcorn chicken, fries, with a blue raspberry slush was perfect for a hot day. What C Lo doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
I don't remember the last time I had sonics. My buddy suggested we eat sonics for dinner. I was looking fwd to the burgers he was raving about.. I get it it's a drive through...but when I am in a big 26 ft uhaul truck and it's late and I'm staying at a nearby hotel with little to no other options because it's medford ca.. it would have been nice to have been helped. Went thru drive Thursday. Took 32 minutes to get to the window with 4 cars in front of me!!! I ordered a banana shake for my granddaughter, and it sure couldn't taste any banana!! Horrible service and food!
I used to like sonic but the other day we ordered 2 brisket burgers they looked good but when we got them there was barley any brisket on burger and the burger it's self was small and burger it's self didn't taste good I probably won't eat there again
They took so long with my order I had to leave without getting my order I had paid for. I waited so long I was late for my doctor's appointment.
I'm am disgusted. I doordashed a chicken slinger, BBQ packet, chili-cheese tater tots and a sprite with strawberry... well I did not receive my BBQ, my chicken sandwich was raw and my sprite was carbonated water with very little strawberry. They did not send utensils so I guess they think you should eat the tots with your fingers, and then they only send 1 napkin. I am blown away. They are going to kill someone or make someone VERY sick! So .... after I talked to doordash I tried to call the restaurant to let them know there was a serious problem..... SURPRISE!...... nobody answers the phone( both locations in Central Point and Medford do not answer their phones)!!!!! So I'm assuming it is a mix of issues with these stores, laziness or they can't read the orders, lack of training, they just do not care about their jobs and most importantly POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!!! And the sprite is seriously irritating because I've worked in restaurants my whole life and I know when the soda starts going out there are several things to alert the staff that it's getting low. But for some reason these guys just can't figure it out. It's an ongoing almost every time I order issue! ????...P.S....... AND THEY PUT THE TATER TOTS UP RIGHT, INSTEAD OF SITTING ON THE BOTTOM. It is common sense. ?
Food is decent, just looks thrown together. When going through the drive through it takes a while, so plan ahead if you're in a rush.
