Multiple employees hanging out of the window to hold a customers hand and one of them sticking his finger in her mouth. Not sure I'm confident with the cleanliness after that... and the music is so loud you can't hear them talk to you or you to them. Drive thru is always consistent employee friendly no matter what location. Drive threw is clean . Drinks could be warmer at times. This is my preference here needs stronger coffee taste, and that's personal taste Usually I get Dbl shot short with a dollop whip.. or dbl shot mocha.
