Tonight we had Two banana splits.$7 a piece.There was approximately 1 1/2 to 2 oz. Of ice cream, half a banana plus toppings. The container was about 1/2 full. Big rip off. Why does the Central Point DQ always disappoint us? Poorly made Blizzards, coldhamburgers, lousy overall. By the way don 't bother calling them to complain. They don 't answer the phone. Good customer service and the lobby/restroom was very clean. The food was good except the only real negative was the original cheese burger wasn't very good at all the bun didn't seem fresh was kinda spongy and the meat I think was probably staged fortoo long especially since they were not busy and I didn't even go through the drive thru I don't think there is any excuse tostage food in this circumstance it makes a huge difference in quality getting something they made a hour ago or made to order.

Extremely poor customer service!! We were the only ones in the store and yet the service was slow (a woman that came in after us left after waiting several minutes without being acknowledged) Once we ordered the order came fairly quickly but it was wrong. Instead of making it right, the supervisor on duty, Renae, chose to blame the fact that the young lady that took our order wasin training. There were 5 employees who were working, and Renae who was ?supervising? which at this DQ seems to mean standing in1 place and watching the others work.
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. The prices were outrageous, almost 3 dollars for a soda, the sign was unclear and did not give the prices of the combo, the chicken strips I received were half the size of a normal one,and my bread was undertoasted. If I could give this rating a zero I would. I'm very unhappy with my experience.
