Although we ultimately decided not to rebuild the awning, the company arrived promptly and provided helpful assistance in evaluating the damage and explaining the restoration process. If I require any work in the future, Alvarez Construction and Restoration will be my top choice. I highly recommend their services.

They left us hanging in the middle of our repairs after initially responding to a dishwasher water leak and tearing down and drying out the floors and walls. They were supposed to come back for repairs but never did, despite submitting the bid to insurance and being paid. Despite numerous messages and calls, we never heard back from JD. Even when the insurance tried to reach out, they were met with silence. We were left without a kitchen sink, counter, and half a floor for months until we finally gave up and went with another contractor. The lack of communication and professionalism from this company is unacceptable. Spread the word - stay away from this place!

The contractors made sure we were sa... read more We recently completed the final touches on our remodeling project after dealing with a water leak in our 63-year-old house. The contractors made sure we were satisfied with the results, and I have included some photos to show how our place looks now. The project took longer than expected due to delays in receiving ordered items, supply chain issues, and the fact that they had other projects going on at the same time. We replaced doors, added lighting, installed new floors, and tiled the hearth step, and everything came together beautifully as you can see in the pictures. We had disliked our kitchen for two decades, but now we are enjoying it thanks to the great subcontractors they brought in for electrical, plumbing, and gas line work.

They made sure we were happy with how it turned. I took a couple plcs today so you can see how they left out place looking. It took a while due to waiting for items we ordered, the middle of supply chain and shipping issues, and a few breaks as ours was not their only project. We changed out doors, added lighting, new floors, hearth step tile and it all came together as you can see in pics. We hated our kitchen for 20 years, but we’ve been enjoying it now. They had great sub contractors for electrical, plumbing, and gas line work too.Services: Flooring

The Mitigation Team at Claudio Alvarez Construction, led by Joseph Patterson, guided us through this stressful, overwhelming event. I felt completely informed and confident in their work throughout the entire process. The Team is well-organized, efficient, and prioritizes excellent communication. Each member of the Team including: Hunter, Dominic, Luke, Noah, and Jeremiah, treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism.
