What Erin Buchanan doesn't like about Alvarez Construction:
I would not recommend this restaurant at all. They left us hanging in the middle of our repairs after initially responding to a dishwasher water leak and tearing down and drying out the floors and walls. As a living-accompanied room of the rogue valley, this is by far the worst thing I have ever worked with \ndishonest and unprofessional.
Jared and Joey did an excellent job of mitigation. They kept us well-informed, they would call when they were going to show up and make sure I knew the time, they talked about processes as they were completing the work, and they cleaned up the job really well when mitigation complete. Very pleased with their very professional and efficient work. Thank you.
In the busiest of times in the Rogue Valley Josh showed up to estimate and coordinate our project, was open and responsive to adjustments making Brian available for the finishing touches. Very satisfied and now on our way.
Estimator Adam had exceptional service through out my year long renovation!
We had water damage from a broken water pipe and they coordinated the plumber, the HVAC to complete the renovation. Every worker from start to finish were on time and professional. The finished project looks great.
