The restaurant had a serious cleanliness issue. There were several old, unappealing donuts, and it seemed like they weren’t being thrown away but rather just left there. It’s disappointing to see how far this Dunkin' Donuts has gone downhill.
I'm not sure why they've stopped filling the cups all the way to the top. It feels like I'm missing so much coffee! Given how expensive coffee is, it's frustrating to have so little in the cup.
Dunkin' is my top choice for a quick and convenient coffee and breakfast in the morning. I prefer any Dunkin' over Starbucks or Honeydew. However, the service can differ from one location to another. At this particular Dunkin', the service is excellent. The staff is consistently polite and always manages to get my order right, even when I have a large one.

Most unprofessional Dunkin I’ve ever been too. Ana V. The owner is the most vial human being to walk the planet. She doesn’t train her workers and they all fool around, making big lines constantly. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They mess up your order. Truly needs to be shut down, it’s a hot mess. Will never return and I will boycott this location from here on out. Broad street Dunkin is a JOKE. HA
