I've recently started using this store for my weekly shop. Shame Waitrose no longer offers free coffee here, as being a coffee lover this was what made me move away from Sainsbury's in the first place ; I suppose like most things free, people will take advantage, but it was good while it lasted. The staff here provide excellent service, that's when you can find one who's not already serving. View all feedback.
Cute and clean. Service is ok. I was very happy with a large choice of soups.
A welcome break from shopping (in attached supermarket) and to do the crossword with a cup of very good coffee and some cake. Staff always friendly and helpful.
Please guys be nice about staff! They do there best and remember you must have started a job once I visited cafe other day! Beverley, Jovi was lovely. Spoke to manager and gave praise for them. Remember without staff turning up for work when retail is the most hard job with abuse from customers. Not nice day in and out. I worked for 26 years in this trade . I would rather wait for my food that is hot than not cooked through probably . Please be kind
Friendly staff, well stocked, super quality food and service
Always good service and great selection of all foods. Easy to use store thanks to convenient parking. By far my favourite Waitrose to visit in London
