Seafood and eat it stall in car park is OK, but quite expensive. Will likely not visit again.

Just stopped at this pub after a nice walk in neighbouring Havering Park. Had a drink to accompany some sea food I bought in stand at the back of the pub. Had drink and snack at the back area,andlord was starting a fire for a barbecue. Pub in lovely area. Good service. A few punters about enjoying a drink, more arriving. Really enjoyed it.

New owners and some great plans. Good old fashioned pub/restaurant. Going places. Check it out

Four of us visited this pub on a busy Sunday lunchtime, with the bustling flower market on its doorstep. Lovely (and quieter) upstairs dining room. The food was fabulous, both the beef and the pork belly. The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive throughout. The drinks were good too. Well worth a visit although given the pub’s popularity it probably pays to pre-book or you could be disappointed.
