3.5 stars. Sadly didnt get the chance to try any of the food, but the flat white was just okay. What I really loved about his place is the atmosphere and plenty of couch seating with a lot of outlets. Laptops arent allowed on the tables (to avoid freeriders) and they claim that they can turn the wifi off during extremely busy lunch hours, but they didn't on the day I was there. Would still drop by if I am in the area.
What Katherine R doesn't like about Look Mum No Hands Mobile:
Food is good at this 2in1, bike and cafe shop. Low star rating after recent visit, for ridiculous prices/portions. Paid £3.50 for a meagre portion of the vegan pumpkin cake. I complained, and was told it was a thick slice. You decide, picture of fork hiding slice of cake. View all feedback.
Amazing food, super friendly staff, the eggs were perfectly poached and the English muffin was delicious. Ordered the green detox juice which is healthy and the place is really unique and cozy. I heard they have amazing burgers at night but sadly didn't have the chance and time to go but will do for sure next time. The decoration is nice with many bicycles and a workshop inside.
This place is the BEST for an awesome cup of coffee and quaint atmosphere. The people are so kind and their outdoor seating is great!
Idiotic policy, you can 't even put your laptop onto a table. A table which you have bought food/drinks to they shout at you for putting a laptop there. I can go to literally any restaurant or coffee shop in London and I 'd get better service. If this were another coffee shop I wouldn 't care, but given that this place calls itself a work place you would expect that they put productivity at the forefront. Clearly this work space is for those whose work consists of updating tumblr or instagram pages and ruining Wikipedia entries. If you have anything meaningful you hope to accomplish here look elsewhere. If you don 't believe me about this barbaric policy of no laptops on tables, I have included a photo to prove this lunacy.
Concept Cafe for Cyclists As a cyclist I was recommended this place by a friend and decided to visit on a Sunday morning. It is a vibrant cafe which has a good selection of breakfast. A comfortable seating area just for diners and a space by the window for the laptop brigade. The latter can happily type away sitting on their stools looking out at the hustle of the street. It also provides a workshop that fixes your bike while you have your meal. The first thing you notice is the cycling related items including the ancient bicycles that are arranged at the front of the cafe. Next the funky music hits you. If you like funk, like me, you will be chilled for the rest of the stay. The staff, and their were lots of them on a Sunday morning, were polite and quick to get the order down. I had the Toast with avocado, salad and poached egg. Healthy and well made. I also ordered a latte which was a bit too milky for my taste. I sat down, enjoyed my breakfast, and planned where to hit next on this free Sunday morning. This is an excellent spot to chill and I cannot recommend it more to the cycling loners out there.
This place was fantastic. I was looking for a cool, unique local place that wasn't super touristy where is could sit and get some serious coursework done for a few hours. This was a great fit, they have a wall full of outlets set up bar style and in the back is a single seating area that's cozier than just a desk style. Thy had a great atmosphere which was a little loud but nothing that headphones couldn't fix. They played stellar music too and had good coffee drinks. They also had a whole eating area for people seated at tables which made it a great lunch place, although I didn't get to try the food. Overall great experience and I recommend it to study by oneself or grab lunch or dinner with a group.
