Annoying, I usually order a pizza for lunch to pick up at 13:15 but the last 4 times it's been 5+ mins late. I know it's only 5 mins but my lunch is timed pretty precise, and hanging around whilst there clearly isn't any orders happening it's just frustrating.

I ordered pizza for my family which included gluten free pizza for my son. It arrived on time but the gluten free pizza was burnt and inedible. I phoned the Biggin Hill branch back to complain, requesting a new pizza. Only to be told my 7 yr old son, who suffers enough with having to deal with allergies, would have to wait a further 45 min. The female duty manager refused to give me a refund and stated I was getting a free pizza. I said it's not free I've paid for it. I would not be paying for the burnt one and shall be returning it to the driver. She explained she could only give me a pizza or refund, not both. I said that I would need the pizza to feed my son, so I had no choice. I asked what the delivery time frame is before a refund is considered, as I would be waiting from the time I made my original order -of an ediable gluten free pizza-as what I received certainly wasn't what I ordered. She stated that the time would reset from the new order. I disagreed, I was still waiting for an ediable pizza from the first order. Adamant that she wouldn't provide any form of compensation for the inconvenience, I asked for her name so I could take the issue further. She refused to provide her name. A customer lost.

Probably the worst dominos I've had. Asked for extra cheese and didn't get it. My usualy local does and excellent veg pesto but this was terrible, way too much pesto can't taste anything else. Crust dry and has gone in the bin. The pepperoni dough things are awful and tasteless. Wouldn't order at this one again. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30
