Visited the first evening of our London visit and it was a very nice experience we will remember for sure. The food was great, just the 2,2 M SHU sauce on the table should have warn us earlier that the basic hot level of meals might tend to be higher. Sadly, I have to echo Sade's review from 2 weeks back. Lady on the counter comes across as unfriendly and disinterested. Calalloo, my particular favourite, £3.50 and inedible, barky, tough, unstripped so went straight into the bin. Learning the customer service lesson is so overdue, time it was learned, especially as the food (stew chicken Oxtail) is average at best, scope for improvement all round, I hope it's heede...
