Was User at Costa a mag?
I often find myself in Terminal 4 and invariably end up at Costa. The staff are always friendly and attentive and the service is good even in busy times. Keep up the sterling work, which I'm sure can be thankless at times, and Bravo! View all feedback.

What Desmond Y dislikes about Costa:
The staffs are so rude specially an Asian lady, instead of politely and tell me where the queue is because there was 2 counters, she just raise her voice in front of everyone, thinking this is Asia not UklK with no manners at all and start shouting ,not even a greeting and said you need move over if u want order, how u professional that is,I didn't ask for 5 star but at least good morning or excuse me please may you...
