Had a great time with the employees. Burger could of had a little more care added to it. Still going to eat there so it wasnt a terrible thing

Went in about 7pm and ordered 2 $5.99 meals to eat there. Fries and burgers were literally cold. Awful meal we couldn't even choke down. Definitely not fresh by anyone's standard. Told the employees that it was terrible as we were leaving and they just smiled at us. Learned my lesson to never go back. Every time I have been to this Hardee's has been a very good experience. I usually go 2-3 times a month. The food is good and the restaurant is clean, but the customer service is the main reason that I go to this specific location. Danny is a great example of what customer service should be. He is efficient, always has a smile and a kind word, and he seems happy to be at work. He doesn't know it, but I have been there, having a hard day, and his kindness turned my whole day around.
