The lady at the front is an absolute gem... read more I had this place rated at a 2 star but I've recently been going back and the staff is now the sweetest group of people. The lady at the front is an absolute gem and she should get a raise. We come back every week not just for the food but because weappreciate how she treats us and her wonderful sunshiny attitude. Keep it up you guys and ask for a raise girl, you deserve it.You are wonderful ????

I watched roach bugs crawl across the counters and the order screen. The customer service is horrible. It's a 3 ring circus, the store manager even runs around... read more I watched roach bugs crawl across the counters and the order screen. The customer service is horrible. It's a 3 ring circus, the store manager even runs around like she's lost. There's no organization. I've witnessed smoking ? inside the store. Mangers cuss and scream at the employees when things don't go in their favor. Another customer came in and complained that the food was cold and the employee which was a manager proceed to cuss them. The hygiene is poor. Some smell as if they have never showered. Some of their nails are extremely long and dirty. I've seen them make food without wearing gloves, or running to drop raw meat and then going back to make someone's food. The bathrooms always have a god awful smell and never look clean. I believe honestly the Health Department needs to be involved cause it's out of control and the managers are doing nothing but allowing cross contaminated food go out for people to get sick.

Definitely not fresh by anyone's standard. Told the employees that it was terrible as we were leaving and they just smiled at us. Learned my lesson to never go back. The food is good and the restaurant is clean, but the customer service is the main reason that I go to this specific location. Danny is a great example of what customer service should be. He is efficient, always has a smile and a kind word, and he seems happy to be at work. He doesn't know it, but I have been there, having a hard day, and his kindness turned my whole day around.
