I asked the same two employees if they had any plain caramel app... read more Today, I returned hoping for another caramel apple, but there were none available on the shelf. I asked the same two employees if they had any plain caramel apples. The blonde was busy making a coffee drink that required her attention to steamed milk, while the dark-haired employee went to check in the back. When she returned, I was informed that there were no plain apples. Feeling disappointed, I considered settling for a poorly made pecan apple, which had hardly any caramel on it—most of the caramel was pooled at the bottom with the pecans. I approached the counter, and the blonde said they would be with me shortly. Meanwhile, the dark-haired employee was just chatting with the blonde. Even when we made eye contact, no action was taken to assist me at the register. I was left waiting once again. Frustrated, I decided to put the apple back on the shelf and leave. I’m not sure if it was a matter of race or just a lack of professionalism due to their youth, but this experience left a very sour impression. No matter how good your products might be, I will not be visiting this location again, and if anyone asks me, I know exactly what story I’ll share.
