Wendy's - Centerville

Bad customer service in drive thru today by both people we interacted with. They obviously don’t want to be there. And messed up our order too. Come on people

Ok guys...this was a pretty great experience BUT...don't take off the spigots or whatever allows the Coke Freestyle machine to NOT spray everywhere....WHILE there are clearly customers in the dining room. Or at least give us a heads up. You wasted a lot of drinks that way.And I know you aren't McDonald's or Chick Fil-A with a playground...but it would be AWESOME if you had a couple highchairs to make it more family friendly, I mean, after all, you do have Kids Meals.We didn't go to the restroom so idk if there are changing tables in either or both restrooms, if not there should be. Dad's change diapers too.

Went to the drive through, employees rushed us through, gave us the wrong order, and there was green hair in several items. when we tried to inform them they claimed we were violating the health code and then threatened to call the police. Ended up leaving having been screwed over. Absolutely disgusting and rude employees, very disappointing. I would recommend against eating here

My experience at most Wendy's locations over the last several years has been mediocre at best, but I was very pleasantly surprised at this visit.My burger was actually pretty juicy and flavorful. My chicken sandwich was a little dry, but it tasted pretty good.It was pretty expensive for what it was, but overall it was a pretty good experience.

Great location! Kitlynn had a very fun personality and was very interactive. Girl deserves a raise cus that was the best service I've ever gotten from a fast food place.
