Recently moved near, so this was our first visit and we loved it! Her classic chocolate chip tastes a bit uncooked (my fave) and has huge chips in it. We also had their Twisted sugar and lemons raspberry sugar and both were amazing. Lost a star for the long waiting period. I would expect to be a bit here, so go with that in mind and enjoy the company you are going with in the meantime. View all feedback.
I just love twisted sugar. The banana cream pie is my favorite!!! The employees were kind and helpful and it was darling inside with the big balloon sculpture for summer!
This is my go to for small teacher, neighbor thank you’d. A single cookie or $5 gift card is a great way to go. plus then I get to have a treat for me as well!I like the drinks better than the competitors, especially the sprite based ones. The cookies are also great.Today I got to the shop as soon as they opened not realizing that the lobby doesn’t open as early as the drive through. But Isabel was so nice and let me come in and served me anyway, she was very kind and had great customer service. I was very impressed and now want to support twisted sugar even more.
I went to twisted sugar today and went through the drive through, Abby was so nice and so helpful. She made my experience great and was super sweet. I absolutely loved my drink and I highly recommend this place. Especially if all their employees are this great!
Twisted Sugar of Bountiful went above and beyond. They donated 25 Chocolate Chip Cookies for our Teacher Appreciation at Boulton Elementary. Each box was hand decorated with an encouraging note to each teacher. I wish I would have taken pictures. Thank you so much for making Teacher Appreciation Special.
I had a coupon for a free upgrade for a 44oz, but in only wanted a 32 oz, they should have still been able to do that but couldn’t figure it out, so I just did a 44oz. If you come out with coupons, teach your employees how to use them and tell them about it. This has happened to numerous places, not just twisted Sugar. It mind boggling that kids don’t know how to do this. Employers need to teach their employees how to do stuff like this
