I was looking for a seafood place here and this was perfect! we went on a cool looking bar with blue feen lights in a dining room filled with huge fish tanks filled with fish. it was a perfect atmosphere. we have oysters and scallops for starters. they were delish! Such a great find! My husband and I went to Sweeney's for my birthday because of their seafood selection and were pleasantly surprised with all they had to offer. From the hostess, to the server (Jacob), to the bread, Alaskan Crab, and homemade Creme Brûlée, it was truly a wonderful birthday meal and experience. We will definitely be visiting here again.
Birthday dinner with one of my dearest friends on Saturday, July 9. Started off with Oysters Rockefeller they were incredible! Dinner was Canadian Walleye from Lake Erie. Wow! Just what I expected being a Clevelander enjoying walleye my whole life. Highly recommend Sweeney's if seafood is what you are craving!
