The subs were just average, which is okay since sandwiches are sandwiches. However, the employee on duty tonight forgot our two pretzels, which were the main reason for our order. We had to drive all the way back, which wasn't a huge hassle. When we returned, he claimed he had no idea we had even ordered them, despite being the one who prepared our order. He was on the phone the entire time, which likely contributed to his missing part of our order. Overall, customer service was lacking, and the overcooked pretzels were a disappointing experience, especially for something associated with Auntie Anne's.
