Fuji Sushi - Centerville

This sushi is very fresh and is very good for being in a strip mall. They are right next door to another sushi place but a couple waiting to be seated said “they drive from Layton to come here for sushi” I agree it is very tasty. My favorite roll was the “Spiderman Roll”.

I loved Fuji Sushi! We had great food, service and loved the booth. I can't wait to go back. It's my new favorite Sushi restaurant.

Great sushi. The owner gave my daughter a free dessert when we went for her graduation dinner and congratulated her personally.

I dined in last night for dinner. The food tasted great at the restaurant, but then last night I felt SO sick it kept me up all night!! I didn’t think it was the food at first, so I ate my leftovers today because I felt ok again, and now feel SUPER nauseous once again. All I ate was the teriyaki chicken meal and I feel like I’m going to throw up. Don’t go here unless you want to get sick. Quiet place with sushi. Service could be a bit more attentive, but overall pretty good. I would recommend.
