Th... read more I had a pleasant dining experience at this restaurant. The lighting was nice, the booths were comfortable, and there were interesting artifacts on the walls. The staff was friendly and eager to assist. In terms of the food, the catfish stood out as the highlight. It was perfectly fried, showcasing someone's expertise in cooking fish. The burger also received high praise, and the french fries were a hit as they disappeared quickly. However, as someone from Florida who has visited many fish camps, I found some aspects of the food lacking. The hush puppies had too much flour and lacked flavor, and the coleslaw varieties were not impressive - one was too vinegary, while the other had too much celery seed. Despite this, it was clear that the restaurant has loyal customers. I believe some adjustments to the recipes would greatly improve the overall experience. I wish them success in the future.
