Culinary Company - Centerville

The food was amazing! However, the atmosphere could use some improvement. We visited on a Friday night, just before dinner service. It was lively but not overly crowded, and the staff were enjoyable and welcoming. Our meals arrived perfectly and surprisingly fast. Manager Mark was especially attentive; he assisted his team and took a moment to engage with us when he stopped by. We'll definitely be returning!

The atmosphere is really awesome, combining an old pub vibe with a modern bar feel! The food was absolutely fantastic! The fish and chips were delightful; the fish was fluffy and moist. The filets were large and perfectly cooked! My daughter raved about the Shrimp Po'Boy, saying it was amazing. The chicken tenders for the kids were enormous, and the little one devoured them! And those crispy fried pickles... they were perfectly crunchy with a garlicky flavor inside. I will definitely come back!

When you visit this restaurant for the first time, you'll be impressed by its spacious interior and numerous TVs throughout. I tried the fish meal, which included two generously sized fish steaks and fries for $14. The fish was delicious, and the portion was just right, while the fries were cooked to perfection.

Great, friendly staff. Many ways to please every taste. Delicious food. My favourite is her Prime Rib/French Dip and perpetrator. My friend loves everything you can eat. Service is great and fast prices are appropriate for the quality and quantity of food you receive.

Food great. Long wait. Would be more relaxing if they had a pager system for those waiting for a table instead of a multi paper and pen checklist and hostess walking through bar area calling. smith? smith? smith? Easy to miss in a loud bar.
