Starbucks - Centerton

This Starbucks is improving. It used to be quite slow, but there have been positive changes. Since this location is the closest and most convenient for my daily commute, I find myself returning frequently. The service can be inconsistent. The parking lot is shared with other businesses in the strip mall. However, the drive-thru at the back of the building helps manage traffic flow better than many other locations in Northwest Arkansas. With two entrance/exits, it’s easy to get back onto the main road, especially if you’re turning right.

Very unusual experience. They won't accept any bills over $20. If you try to pay with anything larger, they'll almost refuse to serve you. I do not recommend this Starbucks! The one on Walton was much more accommodating.

I visit this restaurant occasionally and have always had a great experience. At the moment, there’s no seating available, either indoors or outdoors. However, my orders are consistently accurate and served hot. The staff is friendly, and the interior is always kept clean.

This location has really been struggling lately. Very slow service choose a different location if you don't have 20 30 minutes to wait for your coffee.

It's Starbucks. Do you really need a detailed review? Drive thru is nice quick! If anyone from Starbucks reads this, why can't I order how much milk I want for iced drinks? I want just a splash yet can't do it on the app for white iced tea.
