Management……I hope you are aware that by not accepting coupons, you are losing business. Today a couple walked out because you don’t accept coupons. Management……I hope you are aware that by not accepting coupons, you are losing business. Today a couple walked out because you don’t accept coupons. I received an email for a free cookie for my birthday. Staff refused to honor it at your store. This is poor business practice and is harming your business whether you realize it or not. It was very busy today and the two staff were doing their best to make the sandwiches as fast as they could and being pleasant even when customers were unhappy. A family of 4 walked out because of the long wait. I understand that it is difficult to keep help nowadays. Maybe you could reward your staff in someway to keep them or to encourage others to apply.
Service was not good at all. Food took forever to come out. Then in top forgot to do the fries?
