It has been difficult for me to find good food in Denver, particularly decent vegan options. However, Udom Thai is definitely a high-quality restaurant that ensures you will have a delicious vegan meal.
This restaurant is truly authentic, the spiciness level is just right, and the food is amazing. We visit frequently and always find ourselves craving more.
They have about 20 vegan and or vegetarian options on their menu. My waitress recommended the pumpkin curry with Tofu and it was really delicious! The portion was large enough for lunch the next day too. Friendly, fast and yummy! We have been here a handful of time and the food is always impressive.
Asked for as hot as they make it, and they delivered. Green curry, Thai hot was almost hot enough for a seasoned chilihead, while the mild was just fine for the kids. Waiter was friendly, and brought an extra bowl of dried chilies in case I wanted to make it hotter. A ; will return.
