Subway
Description
At this Subway location, customer experiences are decidedly mixed. Many patrons express disappointment over both service quality and food preparation, citing issues such as incorrect sandwich assembly and unprofessional employee behavior. Concerns about staff demeanor and adherence to health protocols further detract from the dining experience. Despite some acknowledging the friendliness and skill of the counter staff, the rising prices have left many feeling deterred from frequenting this chain. While some appreciate the cleanliness and variety of offerings, others highlight significant frustrations that overshadow their visits, ultimately leading to a reconsideration of their loyalty to the brand.

This Subway restaurant is excellent. The staff is friendly and professional, and the place is clean. You can expect the usual Subway fare.
Gotta love two employees passing a blunt between themselves at the front door. Low class. Massively unprofessional. Absolutely disgusting behavior for a business. Total low-life losers.
One of the three employees working behind the counter was not masked, despite the other two (and every customer) wearing them. She was a heavy-set blonde lady with hair pulled back and tattoos on her knuckles...interestingly enough, she did have the courtesy to put on plastic gloves! I had already ordered my sandwich from the first person, then this employee came from the back office area to help make the sandwiches. This store is in Arapahoe County, which has a mask mandate in place for the entire month of Dec 2021...so in addition to her being pretty much the only food serving employee in the county not wearing a mask for the past 18 months or so, she was ignoring a county mandate. The cashier seemed very nice, but is either hearing impaired or absolutely not listening as I literally had to tell her three times I wanted a medium drink and chips. Several customers were clustered together wondering why this one employee wasn't masked and I saw at least two leave. I should have (but had already ordered) but obviously won't be returning!
The staff here is quick, friendly, and truly skilled at making sandwiches. The location is clean, well-stocked, and always features the latest menu items. It can get quite busy during peak lunch and dinner times. The parking lot is a bit narrow, and drivers can be careless, so be cautious and watch out for those who might not be paying attention!
I don't understand why they think it's okay to wrap my sandwich with the wrapper inside it. During my last couple of visits, the man who works in the afternoons has been placing the sandwich flat, cutting it in half open-faced, and then wrapping it while the sandwich is still inside. This means I have to dig around for a soggy wrapper, and his wrapping style ends up leaving a significant part of the sandwich exposed, causing bits to drop all over the place. This is really frustrating, and I can’t believe he continues to do this every time I visit. I won't be coming back until something changes.
