Smashburger - Centennial

We love smashburger but we always seem to have a bad experience in this. in the past, we were over indicted, things were not on what we demanded, and they are constantly running out. beyond that, when we ordered the mushroom truffleburger online, they were obviously from mushrooms, but did not bother us to say until we called to complain to home.

Meh... Sometimes my order will be right but today was bad. I got the new Brisket burger and was disappointed. Asked for no pickles (even was on the receipt), got pickles...no BBQ sauce on the sandwich at all and the smash tots were very subpar. At the drink was good. You guys can do better.

We have always loved the burgers, but there 's way too much wrong with all the other things to wonder if we will ever be back to this location again. Besides our three burgers we also ordered large regular fries and large onion straws, what we received in out take order were just horrid. Neither sides were fresh or crisp, they both were totally soggy and clumped all together at the bottom of their containers. They were obviously old, and they were so settled at the bottom that they didn 't even fill half of the large container they were in. We actually thought one of the containers was empty till we picked it up. Online we ordered a Strawberry malt as well, the website shows the option of a shake or malt. Once we got to the restaurant to pick up we were told they didn 't make malts anymore. Seriously? Then take the option off your website menu! And the woman putting together the orders at the bagging counter could not have been more rude and surly to everyone waiting on orders. We were told by her that it would be a while so just wait when my husband had asked her if he was waiting in the right area. This location gets one star because the only thing right with this visit was that we received the right burgers.

My husband and I attempted to eat at this restaurant yesterday using a coupon on the Out on Us app that we bought through a local high school football organization. We were told our coupon was no good at this location. They only accept Smashburger coupons. Is this the policy of this restaurant? If so, you need to contact the Out on Us organization and ask them to remove this location from the coupons they offer. This was quite embarrassing. Needless to say, we will not be back. The coupon we tried to use had the address of that specific location on the coupon!!

I like Smashburger, last year I had a bad experience and I stop going. Today I decided to go again I order the bacon smash to go during my lunch, when I opened it I discovery they gave me the classic smash for the price of bacon smash when I called, the guy I spoke with said he cannot do anything about it that I have to come back to speak with the manager. You will think that for good customer experience he will put the manager on the phone. Rather he wants me to leave the office during my working hours to come to see the manager.
