I actually love modern market and have ordered from multiple locations and never had an issue. This location though… when I told her I called in an order she just looked at me like I made a mistake and asked if I was sure. Overall very disappointed with quality and quantity of the bowls for the prices.
Gross. Wrong order twice blueberry pesto sandwich came without the ingredients it’s named after. How does one mess this up. No care in the world for being useless. You work making food chose to. Do it right or
My second visit to a Modern market. I like the variety and healthy menu options
I actually love modern market and have ordered from multiple locations and never had an issue. I had to show her my confirmation email before she started making the order I already paid to have ready when I arrived. The food was not fresh which is something I’ve NEVER experienced from modern market so figured I had to share my experience so this location can get their act together.
I waiting for 15 mins for my order and saw that several people who came after me where already served. I came back to the front and realized the server never gave me a meal pager. I asked her for one and she said she couldn’t find my order. She went back to the kitchen and nothing was to be found. She then told me I had to pay again because my order wasn’t in the system and that maybe the register didn’t work and that it wasn’t charged. I challenged her back and checked my bank statement to prove that I had been charged including the tip I left. She then went to the back and served it herself. Unfortunately the food was cold, the rice was undercooked and hard so the whole experience was very upsetting.
