Every time I visit, I'm welcomed with friendly smiles, along with plenty of "please," "thank you," and "have a great day!" The food is consistently excellent; my favorite is the sourdough melt, and it never disappoints!

After a few minutes, our food was finally brought out, but they were still trying to locate the customer for the mistaken order, using the same runner who had d... read more After a few minutes, our food was finally brought out, but they were still trying to locate the customer for the mistaken order, using the same runner who had delivered it to us at first. Additionally, we were missing an item from our order, but when we asked about it, it arrived quickly. Despite these hiccups, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. I do feel for the manager, who was handling a tough situation with grace amidst the chaos. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and will definitely return.

There were 3 people at the front counter just carrying on personal conversations and not one even paid atte... read more The staff at this location lacking to say the least. There were 3 people at the front counter just carrying on personal conversations and not one even paid attention to the fact that I was just standing there waiting to be helped. Finally gotserviced only to have to ask for things that are on their menu but not listed on the menu they have inside. It took way longerthan it should have to get my food. The meals came as requested so I can at least be thankful for that. Probably will not bereturning.

It se... read more 1st time eating at a Culver's and it was an interesting visit. Due to short staff they only do drive thru from 10:30 to 5:00 when they open up for dining. It seems like they didn't train the order taking employee very much but she was really tryinghard. Culver's uses table tent with numbers to bring your order to the table and they had 2 9's, so they brought someone else'sfood to us. We told them that this wasn't our order and it was taken away. Several minutes later our food came and they werestill looking for the customer to whom the other order came by the same runner that brought it to use the 1st time. We wereshorted an item from our order but when it was asked for it came quickly. All this being said the food was good and a fairprice. I feel bad for the manager having this type of problem and she was gracious to all even with the all the things going on.We will be back here.
