Burger Theory Holiday Inn Denver Tech Center

Inexcusably Slow service. Server either didn’t get order correct, or the cook didn’t read the order and do as instructed. Food took FOR-EH-VUHR to come and then it’s incorrect and the portions of fries are insanely small. No flavor to the burgers. Fries tasted good and were fried well. The Tots were great, tho. We were the only ones there (besides a couple that already had food), so there’s no excuse for taking 30 minutes to get our burgers. the weird sauce that came with my 303 burger tasted like butter, so I had no idea what to do w/it. Hubby got same burger with no funky sauce.... maybe it was for the tots? Or Maybe just for the garbage. For the price, this place is a HUGE rip-off.

Burgers were very good and large. Good place to take family for burgers and fries. Pretty good selection of local beers on tap. Sort of surprised it is in a holiday inn.

Service was amazing for this hotel-based restaurant. Given the fact that there were only 6 other diners in the place, there's no excuse for repeated errors in orders and lukewarm food. Too many other burger venues in the city for these missteps.

WOW...what a surprise! The food was outstanding...one of the best burgers that I have had in a long time! Great beer menu as well. The onion rings were great, too. Very reasonably priced. Again, being in a Holiday Inn, it was a great place. I have already recommended it to others to try!
