Tasty food and generous portions but prices in the range you'd expect from a sit down restaurant rather than fast casual. Been there twice now and the staff has not been even remotely friendly. What Nathan Patrick doesn't like about Bop Gogi (university Blvd):
My $18 pancake did taste pretty good, but really lacked any discernible amount of kimchi and should’ve cost half as much. Counter service is fine, but not for these prices. View all feedback.
This is a great spot for experiencing Korean cuisine for the first time. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, and the service was prompt.
This is some of the best kimbap I've found in Colorado. The ordering process is quick and easy, and the taste is amazing.
The food here is delicious, and the portions are quite generous, but the prices are more in line with what you'd expect from a sit-down restaurant rather than a fast-casual spot. I've visited twice, and unfortunately, the staff has been far from friendly. You place your order at a kiosk and tip at that time. They do call your number when your food is ready, but it’s not always loud enough to hear. Despite these issues, I will return when I have a craving for Korean food, as I truly enjoyed the meal and there aren't many other Korean options in this area.

Their kimbop is just impossible to eat. Every roll is gigantic and broken. They obviously don’t know how to make these rolls.
