Great place for Indian food. Each item that we ordered had its own flavor profile....so not the same curry for different dishes....portion size was good too....one thing they might one to look into is the heat level....their appetizers can only be ordered as medium or higher....i wish they were a tad bit milder....but definitely very tasty.....great customer service....all the servers had a smiling face....no grumpy... What Priya Das doesn't like about Bawarchi Biryani Point:
Had an opportunity to explore Bawarchi during our trip last week. First time we tried it on a weekend and felt it was the best Biriyani I’ve tried after coming to US. But we went again for weekday Lunch and we ordered the same exact thing and it tasted so bad. I don’t know if it was change in chef or if it’s old. The Vijayawada Biriyani was for sure mixed in schezwan sauce. I wish they could maintain consistency in T... View all feedback.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order we placed at your restaurant. We specifically requested a mild biryani, and this request was acknowledged when the order was placed. However, upon picking up the order, we found the biryani to be excessively spicy, making it difficult to enjoy. To add to the disappointment, when we called to address this issue, the staff responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. This kind of service is not what we expected from a restaurant of your reputation. We hope you take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure better service and customer satisfaction in the future.
Everything here tastes authentic. The quantity of serving is really good. And staff are very friendly and helpful!
Excellent service, dosas, idlis and medu vada were spot on. I drive over an hour to eat here.
A Mixed Bag at Bawarchi Biryani Point During my recent visit I had a mixed experience that left me with both praise and criticism. While the food showed promise, the service and ambiance fell short of my expectations. The Food: A Promising Start The dishes we ordered were flavorful, but unfortunately, several of them lacked a bit of salt. The aloo bhaji for the Aloo Puri was also more watery than usual. Despite this, the food was still enjoyable, and I appreciated the variety of options on the menu. The biryani was fragrant and expertly cooked, and the portions were generous. Service: Swift but Scattered While our food arrived promptly after ordering, the service experience was marred by a lack of attention to detail. Despite a seemingly ample staff, we found ourselves repeatedly requesting basic amenities like salt, water, and table clearing. The staff appeared disorganized, with some team members wandering aimlessly, attempting to identify tables in need of assistance, only to delegate tasks to colleagues instead of taking action themselves. This led to frustrating delays and a sense of disconnection from our servers, making it a chore to get their attention when we needed it. Ambiance: A Bit of a Letdown The entrance area was cluttered with take-away containers, and some tables were not cleaned despite being empty. It was clear that there was a hierarchy among the staff, with some employees only responsible for taking orders and not attending to other tasks. When I visited the restroom, I noticed a group of employees chatting near the entrance to the kitchen and in the alley to the restroom, which didn't give a great impression. Ventilation: A Lingering Issue And then there's the issue of ventilation. Like many Indian restaurants, Bawarchi Biryani Point struggles with removing the pungent aromas of its spices from the air. After our visit, our clothes reeked of the unpleasant spice smells, a lingering reminder of the meal that was hard to shake. An upgrade in ventilation would go a long way in improving the overall dining experience. The Verdict: Bawarchi Biryani Point shows promise, but it needs to work on its service, ambiance, and ventilation to become a top choice for Indian cuisine in Denver. If you're a fan of Indian food and are willing to overlook some imperfections, you may still enjoy your meal here. However, if you're looking for a more polished dining experience, you might want to look elsewhere. Recommended For: Fans of Indian cuisine, those looking for a quick meal Tips for Improvement: Pay more attention to seasoning and consistency in dishes Train staff to be more attentive and proactive Improve ambiance by decluttering the entrance and ensuring tables are cleaned promptly Upgrade ventilation to remove pungent spice smells from the air By addressing these areas. Bawarchi Biryani Point could become a standout in the Denver dining scene. Until then, it remains a mixed bag – promising, but imperfect.
