To add to the disappointment, when we called to address this issue, the staff responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. This kind of service is not what we expected from a restaurant of your reputation. It was clear that there was a hierarchy among the staff, with some employees only responsible for taking orders and not attending to other tasks. When I visited the restroom, I noticed a group of employees chatting near the entrance to the kitchen and in the alley to the restroom, which didn't give a great impression. After our visit, our clothes reeked of the unpleasant spice smells, a lingering reminder of the meal that was hard to shake.
