An unusual musical atmosphere, discreet and efficient service, but the main focus of my review is the food (because that's why we came, after all)! Exceptional quality foie gras, followed by a starter and a main course where each bite revealed new flavors, plays on texture, and daring combinations that completely won me over. The only slightly disappointing aspect was perhaps the homemade fries, which were still very good but not as revolutionary as the rest of the meal. I opted for a perfectly executed classic dessert, with unexpectedly generous portions for an establishment of this caliber. Seriously, if you're hesitating, go for it.
