What a truly stunning location, with the slow flowing dore river running just yards away, and the stunning town of Domme on the hill above with the sun setting in the background, this beautiful dordogne town has many very nice expensive and well priced eateries serving a variety of foods, mainly expensive french or expensive fast food french with many of the waiting staff having the manner of waiters in Paris of ten... What a great find! The handmade pizzas are absolutely delicious, not to miss! Grilled meat and homemade pommes frites handmade cocktails, ice cream sols with magnificent views of the river, what could you ask more?? The staff was nice and so helpful, could no longer recommend this place!
Here for some food and drink stopped, remained all day! Beautiful environment, very friendly staff and the food was amazing. We had the fresh baked pizza, very classic and delicious. Staff are very helpful and many of them speak English so much again. There is also a kayak and canoe place right next to it on a beautiful river. The landscape and head bartenders were breathtaking. Very recommended!

We had three different types of pizza and a salad. All the food was good quality and well cooked. It was a very pleasant and inexpensive lunch with a lovely view.
Down by the river this the Tavern restaurant has fast food and drinks. Ideal for burgers and chips and drinks.... Simple good food in the right place when you want it. especially if you doing the long river canoe trip
Excellent service, in a beautiful environment overlooking the Dordogne River. The food was great and very fast served, although they were fully booked. Very recommended.
