Everything was fine with the casserole, but the pasta had something completely different on it than what we ordered, including jalapenos, which were never mentioned anywhere. We then called and asked what went wrong. After a long discussion, the man on the phone admitted that the error was theirs, as we had checked the receipt and the Lieferando order, and everything was listed as requested. I was then told on the phone that we could just queue up for the jalapenos and he would have them remade and delivered to us. I thanked him and remained friendly throughout. He said goodbye with Bye, c*tch. I don 't know where it 's appropriate to treat your customers like that, but I definitely won 't order from there again.
