The quality of the dishes was undeniably excellent, with very interesting pairings. I found the idea of ​​bringing the bone with marrow to the table with the battuta di barbina very appealing. Although the tortelli were incredibly good, the effect of what I believe to be the milk on the plate was disgusting to say the least. It looked like someone had chewed on my plate, like a real spittoon. But I wasn't intimidated, and this dish was also incredibly good. When it came to dessert, the amarena was incredible, but unfortunately the cutlery, especially the fork, was impossible to hold. The cheesecake with salted caramel was particularly delicious.
