We came after seeing the flamingos in Celestun. It was perfect. We could see the beach from our table so the kids could play. Food was tasty and affordable and lots of drink options. All open air with no fans so it does get warm. As a bonus they have showers and changing rooms if you want to jump in the ocean View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about La Palapa:
So the food was ok but pricey for what you get by Mexican standards and nothing special at all very disappointing in a town that doesn't have much to offer bar the flamingoes. The toilets had no rubbing water so generally not pleasant Service was ok but more staff thank guests. View all feedback.
Cómodo! buen lugar para comer y pasar la tarde cerca de la playa! No se vayan sin probar el Filete al Perejil y los camarones al Coco! Una delicia!
La comida muy buena, aunque el precio un poco elevado considerando las porciones, recomiendo el aguachile, DELICIOSO!!
Food was very fresh and delish. Our waiter Carlos was friendly and super attentive. Our order was perfect.
La comida es bastante buena para ser comida de playa, pero claro, no son precios baratos aunque tampoco tan caros.
Pidan si o si mesa en la playa. Es otra experiencia.
