I highly recommend The Westgrove. We often go there for lunch and the food is consistently delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. It is definitely one of our favorite places to eat.

Stayed for my daughters birthday with a few family members. We did the Bliss Package. Bed, breakfast, dinner and a spa treatment. The therapist's were very professional and friendly and we really enjoyed our treatments. The restaurant staff were amazing, so friendly and efficient Food was fabulous,fresh and tasty. The staff made a fuss of my daughter for her birthday, Bonnie the manager brought out an ice bucket fior their kiddie champagne and they all sang happy birthday to her. We were very impressed. Thanks guys. Breakfast was great, the waitress was lovely, personalised my daughters pancakes with happy birthday in chocolate sauce. All in all we had a fantastic stay. The only downside was the rude and aggressive leisure attendant. This is my 5th stay in the hotel and I will return again.

Called in and asked for and received a menu, nothing evidently vegetarian on it so asked the 20 something male waiter, he had a look and said, any of the dishes without meat are probably vegetarian, i can ask the chef. The guys attitude was he didn't care, didn't know or want to know, we left the hotel hungry and went into clane and where a delightful lady in the lonesome boatman was only too happy to meet or simple dietary requests. The oak bar is not really suitable place to eat, it very badly laid out and no windows.

With extremely friendly and helpful staff the Oak Bar in the Westgrove Hotel is popular with hotel guests and local residents. The food is good, basic food served efficiently.
