The first time we ordered a ramen and a shrimp tempura. Both were excellent. The second time we ordered a chicken katsu and Yakisoba. Both were average at best. Both times, one plate came out first, and the second didn't come out...for minutes. The wait staff was nice but incompetent. We sat for at least minutes while two servers worked around us cleaning a table, and we didn't get our menus until one of us got up to ask for them. The place was dirty, which makes us wonder how the kitchen is. Unfortunately we will not be returning.
