What User doesn't like about Trattoria Sant'ambrogio:
the food was good. the bolognese sauce is cooked only two hours! we cook our bolognese for hours. I could understand that, but not for euro in the small and bad city. at our second visit they cook just like the menu, as they have not done enough for eating that we get pre-processed beetle, far away from the parmiggiano quality. for our third visit they had simply closed, perhaps no more!
