Their food is fantastic! Service was on point as well for what it 's worth. My only miff was my poor timing. I missed all of the regulars, so it was quiet and I felt like it was closing time even though that was a ways off. View all feedback.
What Tracy Springer doesn't like about Colonial Pizza:
Italian sub was dry, meat was burnt on one side and not cooked much on other side. There was no Italian dressing on it and bun was toasted to much it was so hard on the ends. Decor and seating was very old and dated. No one came around to ask us how the food was or when we left. Not a great experience and being our first time there. View all feedback.

We ordered two of the Friday night specials and requested one pizza with light cheese and nothing on the breadsticks, just plain due to not caring for alot of garlic. We have done this several times before with only having an issue one other time. This time they had the garlic stuff on them so my husband took them back into the store. He told the young lady at the counter the breadsticks were supposed to be plain. Well, the lady in the back said they didn 't come plain and my husband said we always get them plain. Then she started raising her voice at my husband and said you didn 't order them correctly and told him how to place the order. He calmly told her he did order them with nothing on them and had repeated the order to the lady on the phone to make sure she had it. Arguing with a customer especially in a room full of other customers is very poor customer relations. This did happen one other time with the same woman over a breadsticks order and she raised her voice at my husband at that time also. We didn 't go back for several weeks. This visit was the second one since we started getting pizzas there again and we 're done. The food is really good and we drove 45 minutes to get it but we don 't need to be treated like that because they got our order wrong. To add insult, we were charged regular price for the whole order so there was no Friday night special. So disappointed!!
NOT GLUTEN-FREE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have celiac disease and have had a couple of gluten-free pizzas there. Recently I went to Colonials to get pizza for dinner. Someone at the register took about 30 minutes to take my order on a night that was very busy. I talked to a manager worrying that the order may have been made wrong. The manager assured me the pizza was gluten-free. After eating the pizza, I had a gluten reaction the next morning. I contacted the store to explain the situation and get a refund. They were very rude and kept insisting that they made no mistake and I must have gotten sick from something else I had eaten. Due to the timeline, however, there was nothing else it could have been. If you have cilac disease or a gluten intolerance, do not eat here!
The 18 was way more than we could eat for 3 people. Nice crunchy crust, lots of toppings. One person got salad and it was nice and fresh. Had the chicken bacon ranch and veggie 1/2 1/2. Saw a little handwritten sign they raised their prices recently, but honestly such a great deal for thsi pizza. I have paid much more for mediocre pizza. 2nd time we have been driving thru and stopped for pizza, left with lunch for tomorrow!
Some of the best pizza around! They do not skimp on the toppings!
