Was Anonym at Wendy's a mag?
The restaurant was crowded with a rude customer in line ahead of us. The young woman at the front desk seemed unhappy, but was very polite. She replaced our orders that were mistakenly made for only one person. The food was fresh and delicious. The portion sizes were generous and well-balanced. Overall, a great dining experience. What Anonym dislikes about Wendy's:
The doors were locked, so I had to use the drive-thru. The large fries container was only half full. I ordered a simple burger, but it had an excessive amount of mayo, so much so that it spilled into the bag and fry container. It seemed as though whoever made my order was unhappy. I feel like I paid $12 for a $2 meal and service. I may consider returning next year to see if there is better management in place. View all feedback.
Why is the employee Cameron Williams, who appears to be 16 or 17 years old, smoking outside and behaving rudely towards the customers at the restaurant?
I have always loved Wendy's food and always will. However, I was not happy with the rude and arrogant attitude of their millennial employees. I experienced this when I went through the drive-thru.
First of all, the woman working in the drive-thru sounds like she's eating the microphone and it's difficult to understand what she's saying.
The gal at the front counter was slow.. Not to mention when we got our food my boyfriend had a piece of plastic in his burger he almost choked on!!!...
The fry person was eating frys out of the bin in front of customer. Wasn't wearing gloves, show some respect for yourself and your job.
