I ordered a pizza at 6:08 PM and received a text at 6:45 PM saying it was out for delivery. I live only five minutes away from the restaurant. After waiting 20... read more I ordered a pizza at 6:08 PM and received a text at 6:45 PM saying it was out for delivery. I live only five minutes away from the restaurant. After waiting 20 minutes, I called to check on my order. I was informed that the driver had tried to call me but couldn't get through, so he returned to the restaurant. They sent him back out, and after another 20 minutes, I still had not received my pizza. Finally, at 7:41 PM, the manager called to let me know that the driver was unable to reach me, and I wouldn't be getting my pizza. It’s frustrating that the manager could contact me without any issues, yet the driver couldn't.
