What User doesn't like about Long John Silver's:
08/23/22. 7 pm ish Was eating saw to people bring food back due to errors the manager took box behind counter took food out or added food one customer had food in his car before bringing it back this is gross to have the boxes back where food was being prepared I think this is a health dept violation I can only hope I wasn't served returned food how GROSS I won't be returning to this restaurant ....so disgusting!!!!.
Whenever I come to cedar rapids Iowa I hit up long johns my favorite place. She was friendly today talkative helpful and I'll come back any day. The food was fresh not oily.
Not a food review (the food is damn tasty but not something I'd eat more than once or twice a year. Def not healthy! . Employee review: Jennifer knows how to do her job. Funny, personable, attentive and all without being phoney. Everyone knows this isn't a dream job, but if you work and treat others like it is a dream job then everyone benefits and so will you. Give Jennifer a raise!
Can't dine inside. I'm not sure why they don't open the dining room. Of course, you get 10 lbs of grease. Its been 15 yrs for me. Not a good choice.
The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly and the food is delicious. The manager truly makes this place exceptional! Even when I had issues with my card, he went above and beyond to ensure I still got my food. This is what I call outstanding customer service!
We My Old Mother n I came to cedar rapids Iowa n none of us had long John's in years. Omg, it was great, food was hot n fresh. The staff was very friendly, the lady looked older herself was so nice n friendly. Only the problem was that the ground was bad looking. Looks like the same fat mop is used both in the house and in the lobby.
